Cathy, I LOVED your story... fun part is that it almost seems like you relaxed and warmed up to your "audience" in much the same way the protagonist did to hers. Couple of comments... God is not a "he," and that girl is about to get herself into another one of those messes that she ran off to the mountains to escape. Great going, give us some more.
